A word from Miata Technologies owner Tom McGrath...
I'm a long time native of the Dallas/Fort Worth Area,
a member of the Lone Star Miata Club (President 2002),
and the proud owner of several Miatas.
My affinity for roadsters began in 1977 when I started
working on Fiats. In 1980, I opened Fiat World in Dallas,
became the largest parts and service provider for Fiat in
North Texas and even did warranty work for local Fiat dealers.
In 1986, I expanded my business beyond Fiat and founded European
Autos and European Motor Works. I sold my business in 1990
and went into the financial end of the auto business where I
handled auto leases for a national leasing company.
The sports car bug bit me again in 1998 and I purchased my
first Miata. I worked on it myself and shortly thereafter
founded Miata Technologies. We do everything for the Miata
except paint and body work--from oil changes to complete
restorations. We do all types of performance upgrades, including
superchargers, exhaust modifications and drivelines. We also do
some of the custom modifications and installations for some of the
local Mazda Dealers.
Our primary business is the Mazda Miata. However we have been
asked by members of the BMW club to install roll bars in their
cars because of the quality work we do. We're authorized retailers
of the Hard Dog roll bar, plus offer a variety of other manufacturer's
roll bars and style bars.
No job is too big or too small. Our goal is to win your repeat
business through quality work at reasonable prices. You can
e-mail me at any time with questions or inquiries.
